Objetivo de Aprendizaje:
- Conocer las nuevas alternativas terapéuticas para el control del potasio, incluyendo su mecanismo de acción y perfil de seguridad en el uso crónico.
- Comprender el impacto de los nuevos quelantes de potasio en la continuidad y optimización de terapias cardio-renales como iSRAA en pacientes con ERC e insuficiencia cardiaca.
- Reconocer las ventajas clínicas de estas terapias, como su inicio de acción rápido, acción localizada y eficacia sostenida en el manejo preventivo de la hipercalemia.
